1. Platform Description

DAMREV Academy is a digital-first professional learning platform operated by DAMREV Academy, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of DAMREV Labs, LLC, organized under the laws of the State of Virginia, United States. The platform provides non-accredited training in blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and related topics.

2. Non-Accredited Status

DAMREV Academy is not a state-licensed academic institution, does not operate physical campuses, and does not issue degrees, diplomas, or formal academic credentials. The use of "Academy" in our name is for branding purposes only, as approved by the Wyoming Secretary of State, and does not imply formal academic status or accreditation. Certificates of completion issued by the platform are for professional development and lifelong learning purposes only and do not constitute formal academic credentials, professional licenses, or regulatory certifications. Recognition of our certificates by employers or other third parties is at their sole discretion.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use DAMREV Academy, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credential NFTs

Upon successful completion of courses and assessments, learners may receive Credential NFTs issued via the D-DIP24 (Decentralized Digital Identity Protocol). These credentials are non-tradable, non-transferable digital records of achievement. They serve as verifiable proof of course completion within the DAMREV ecosystem and may be recognized by partner organizations.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials or earned credentials to third parties.
• Submit false or misleading information during registration or course assessments.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, branding, software, and documentation on DAMREV Academy are the intellectual property of DAMREV Labs, LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

DAMREV Academy offers a 14-day refund window for paid course enrollments. If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Free courses are not eligible for refunds.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] with your enrollment details.
• Courses completed beyond 25% are not eligible for a refund, as the educational content has been substantially delivered.
• Credential NFTs issued for a refunded course will be invalidated.

Cancellation: You may cancel your enrollment in any course at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund — refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy above. Upon cancellation, access to course materials will continue until the end of any paid enrollment period.

8. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

All DAMREV Academy courses are delivered digitally. Upon successful enrollment and payment (if applicable), you will receive immediate access to course materials through the platform. No physical goods are shipped. Course content is accessible 24/7 from any device with an internet connection for the duration of your enrollment. The currency for all transactions is United States Dollars (USD).

9. Limitation of Liability

DAMREV Academy provides educational content on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of course content for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAMREV Academy, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Risk Acknowledgment & No Financial Advice

By using the platform, you acknowledge that blockchain technology and decentralized finance involve inherent risks. Educational content provided by DAMREV Academy is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. DAMREV Academy does not recommend or endorse any specific investments, securities, tokens, or financial strategies. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with any decisions you make based on information obtained through the platform. Always consult qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fairfax County, Virginia, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. 12. Modifications

DAMREV Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
